Applicable law and dispute resolution
Arbitration. All disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration under the relevant arbitration rules in force in Cyprus. The arbitration shall take place in Cyprus.
Choice of law. This Agreement and all related disputes shall be governed by Cypriot law.
